Wow not sure about anyone else but that eclipse portal was wild. It felt like I was in the birth canal, it was uncomfortable AF and I was questioning everything, it felt like things from years ago surfaced just to create more chaos and noise.

I know it’s painful trying to create your family and it feeling like nothing is working. And I also know it feels you don’t have any more time to waste trying to forgive it out. What I see is so many women with unexplained infertility being rushed into medical support when there is no medical reason found and this often compounds what this is really about.

As you walk yourself through these questions know this is not an opportunity to place blame or responsibility on yourself, this is an invitation to be in relationship with your body.

Because you’ve done it all, the supplements, the lifestyle changes, the reproflexology, acupuncture, every test, ovulation induction, IVF and still you still don’t feel any closer to your baby.

This is where most women come into my world, exhausted, frustrated, confused and spiralling.

So let’s agree for a moment you’ve tried getting pregnant from the approach of something needs to change in your body.

This is where what I do is different, I don’t see a body that’s broken or anything that’s missing. I see a body communicating but the challenge is no one told you how to listen.

Here’s 3 questions that will help you to understand what she’s been saying this whole time.

Don’t just listen to the first thing your mind answers, take time and really listen. Notice when you answer what it feels like in your body.

1. What is the hardest part of this journey for you? Is it the emotions, the thoughts, what you think it means? And why?

2. What emotion is most difficult to feel and why?

3. When you connect to your womb space what is there for you?

I don’t believe what has happened so far in your IVF journey tells us anything about what your body is capable of.

I have worked with hundreds of women who didn’t respond to IVF or never got a positive test with IVF who welcomed their babies naturally.

IVF is always only creating potential, it’s your body that does the magic and creates a baby. So if your body has been saying not like this…I don’t believe it says anything about your fertility or what’s your body is capable of, she’s simply just saying not like this.

What the fertile frequency actually means.

You may arrive at this work through a door marked baby.

Most people do. A cycle that hasn’t worked. A body you’ve stopped trusting. A timeline pressing in. That’s a real door. I don’t diminish it for a second.

But here’s what I’ve learned across hundreds of women and 26 years of this work:

Even when it is a baby you long for the work is never actually about a baby.

It’s about the fertile frequency underneath it. The current in you that creates. That births. That brings things into form. A baby is one expression of that. Sometimes the most longed-for expression there is.

But the frequency itself is bigger than any single season of trying to conceive.

It’s the same current that goes quiet when a woman has spent her whole life holding everyone else together and never herself. The same current that shuts down when joy doesn’t feel safe to keep. The same current that’s been running an old operating system since she was a child, deciding, back then, what it takes to be loved, to be safe, to be allowed to stay.

That’s what actually moves in a day with me. Not a protocol. The thread underneath it.

Sometimes what comes forward afterward is a pregnancy.

Sometimes it’s a family, already complete, meeting an entirely new chapter.

Sometimes it’s a piece of work, finally named as hers.

Sometimes it’s a woman, present in her own life for the first time in decades.

All of it is the fertile frequency.

The baby was never the whole story.

It was just the door.

Just because I can see what’s possible for you, and I can see clearly what’s been in the way, doesn’t mean you will choose to open the door or step through. I had to learn a long time ago to be okay with that. I trust your timeline.

Last week a woman who has been trying for 4 years, with multiple losses, stepped into Unbound In A Day. In 10 minutes I saw the root of where it had all begun and why her desire for a baby felt dangerous to her body. Right now, somewhere, a woman is carrying a juggle that feels impossible. Her dreams have started to feel like an egg timer.

Time disappearing, grain by grain, while everything she’s ever wanted sits balanced on top of it, threatening to fall.

And somehow she’s meant to just carry on. Go buy the milk. Pick up something for dinner. Stand in the queue and nod along to whatever everyone else is talking about, like her whole life isn’t quietly running out of sand.

Some days she can’t even get that far. She sits in the car, engine off, and she’s frozen. Not because she’s weak. Because she’s holding something most of the people around her will never have to hold.

Without anyone treating her as more than a set of numbers on a chart.

She deserves someone in her corner asking a different question. Not how much time does she have left, but what is her body trying to tell her, and what does she actually need in order to succeed.

I am that person and I always will be. I want you to succeed and I want you to step into motherhood whole, not as a shadow of who you are.
