Some breakfasts that have helped me drop over 7lbs in less than four weeks (and whilst fat loss isn't the only goal to work towards nutritionally, it is currently the goal I have).
This post isn't to promote these particular breakfasts or even to promote fat loss (though it is my speciality if you need help).
It is to show that if the nonsense that is banded about the internet is true then how could I possibly be making progress? Not just me, my clients too.
If drinking coffee on an empty stomach first thing universally spikes cortisol and therefore stores belly fat, how can I be getting leaner drinking it every single day at 530am?
If eating carbohydrates (including the ever demonised white bread) halts fat loss, spikes blood sugar and has us craving more and more.... why have these breakfasts been keeping me satisfied, fuelled whilst getting me closer to my fat loss goal?
Could it be that maybe we are all individual? Could it be that the generic rules, restrictions and scare mongering is actually nothing more than an attempt to keep us confused, stuck and spending money on a bunch of plans, supplements and tests we do not need?
I'm not here to say have these for breakfast (albeit I think they're tasty). I'm here to be a voice amongst the noise saying question everything you read, see and get sucked into buying.
I'm also here to be boring AF and say if you're struggling to get some decent sleep, regular eating patterns, regular exercise, fresh air, adeuqate protein, fruits & veggies and/or fibre in your life then I understand why you want to gravitate to thinking a supplement or special food rule will paper over the cracks but they won't.
Also, if you're stuck spinning your wheels when it comes to fat loss then I'm here 👋 ☺️
