📢 An Exciting New Chapter Begins!

After much thought and planning, we're delighted to announce that Safekillie will be changing its name and rebranding as the RMI (Rapid Medical Intervention) Welfare and Response Unit.

While our name is changing, our mission, values, and commitment to supporting our community remain exactly the same. This new identity better reflects the broad range of welfare, response, and community support services we provide and our vision for the future.

Over the coming weeks, you'll start to see our new name, logo, and branding across our social media, website, and communications. Rest assured that it's still the same dedicated team working tirelessly to make a difference.

We'd like to thank everyone who has supported Safekillie throughout our journey. Your trust, encouragement, and continued support have helped us grow into what we are today, and we're excited to take this next step together.

It's been another busy weekend out on patrol, with the SafeKillie team working throughout the town centre to help keep our community safe.

Once again, we've been proud to work alongside our colleagues at Police Scotland Ayrshire, providing a greater visible presence across Kilmarnock. By working together, we aim to reassure the public, deter anti-social behaviour, and ensure everyone can enjoy the town centre safely.

Our commitment doesn't stop here—we'll continue to work togther with town security & pubs and maintain a strong presence to help keep Kilmarnock a safe and welcoming place for everyone.

If you see us out and about, don't hesitate to stop for a chat or raise any concerns with the team.

We also want to express although we arnt always visable, We are always there✨️

Do you want to make a real difference in your community?

SafeKillie is looking for dedicated volunteers to join our Street Medic Team, helping to provide first aid support during busy weekend nights and special holiday events.

💙 Even helping just ONE person can make the difference.

Whether you're already qualified in first aid or looking to gain valuable experience as part of a professional and supportive team, we'd love to hear from you.

📅 Working Hours:
🔹 Friday: 6:00pm – 3:00am
🔹 Saturday: 6:00pm – 4:00am
🔹 Special Holidays & Events

As part of our team you'll:
✅ Support your local community
✅ Gain practical first aid experience
✅ Work alongside a dedicated team
✅ Help preserve, prevent and protect
