Hello everyone! 😃

I’ve been a little quiet on here over the summer, but I’ve been busy working on some very exciting things behind the scenes! ☺️

There are a few changes coming over the next few weeks, including some further training to advance my skills and allow me to offer even more treatments in the future. 😃

And I’m so excited to announce that I’ll be working in my hometown of Kilwinning from two weeks’ time! 🥰

I’ll get my dates, times and treatment availability posted as soon as I have everything organised.

I’m so excited to start this new chapter and journey, and I’m really looking forward to welcoming some familiar faces as well as meeting lots of new clients. ❤️

This morning I tried white sage and palo santo for the first time and really loved the experience ☺️. It felt grounding, calming, and like a quiet release of what no longer serves me from this year. Stepping into the new year with strength, renewal, and an open heart for fresh beginnings 🤍🌿

Today I learned how to do a Thai herbal compress massage and I absolutely loved it! ☺️🌿
The warm compresses are filled with natural herbs that help to relax tight muscles, ease tension, boost circulation, and leave the body feeling deeply soothed and restored.

It was such a calming, grounding experience to learn — I enjoyed every minute of it and can’t wait to use it in future treatments. 🤍✨
