✨Communication Support in the Community ✨

A huge thank you to Virgin Money UK at Kilwinning BankingHub for their outstanding help and support recently, particularly their Speak Easy communication cards.

This approach makes a real difference for individuals who have difficulty communicating, are new to English, are neurodivergent, or have a cognitive impairment.

Being met with patience, understanding, and clear, accessible communication creates a more welcoming and empowering experience.

👏 Well done and thank you for helping to make banking more accessible for everyone.
