✨ A little update ✨

I honestly thought I’d be coming home to working away in a room on my own… but then I found HALO 🥹🤍

And I genuinely couldn’t be happier with where I’ve landed. I’ve found the loveliest bunch of girls, the most beautiful space, and a place that just feels so right for what I’m creating with Aura by Laura.

I’m so excited to be joining the HALO girls and can’t wait to get started! 🫶🏼✨

Here’s to new beginnings, new faces and creating something really special 🤍

✨ A little glimpse into today’s treatment ✨

My client was originally booked in for a full body massage today, but due to a kidney infection, we adjusted the treatment to suit her needs and opted for a relaxing holistic facial followed by a soothing scalp massage instead. 🤍

At Aura by Laura, treatments are always tailored to you and how you’re feeling on the day. Sometimes your body just needs something a little different. 🌿

It’s so hard to fit a full 45-minute treatment into a 1-minute video, but here’s just a little snippet of today’s treatment. ✨

If you’re feeling like you need a little time to switch off, relax and have some well-deserved time for yourself, I’d love to welcome you to Aura by Laura. 🤍

Maybe you’re new here… so, hi! 👋🏻🤍

I’m Laura, the face behind Aura by Laura.

I created Aura because I wanted to create the kind of space I think so many of us need — somewhere you can come in after a rubbish week, switch off for an hour and just breathe.

Somewhere you don’t need to look a certain way, apologise for your body, shave your legs, wear makeup or have your life together. 😂

You can just come as you are.

I’m all about holistic wellbeing, feeling comfortable in your own skin and taking a little bit of time for yourself — because we spend so much time looking after everyone else that it’s easy to forget about ourselves.

I’ve spent years working in care and I’ve always loved looking after people. I’m now following my passion for holistic therapy and building something of my own — a calm, welcoming space where you can feel genuinely looked after.

And although Aura has a big focus on creating a comfortable space for women, men are absolutely welcome too. 🤍

✨ SEPTEMBER LAUNCH OFFER ✨

You deserve the hour 💆🏻‍♀️🤍

Hello June ☺️

A new month is the perfect reminder to slow down, reset and take a little time for yourself. Life can feel busy and overwhelming at times, so let this be your sign to rest, recharge and pour some energy back into you.

Whether it’s a relaxing massage, a calming facial or simply taking an hour to switch off from the world, self care is never a luxury, it’s important ✨

Here’s to a fresh new month filled with peace, balance and kindness to ourselves 🌿💆🏻‍♀️

This morning I tried white sage and palo santo for the first time and really loved the experience ☺️. It felt grounding, calming, and like a quiet release of what no longer serves me from this year. Stepping into the new year with strength, renewal, and an open heart for fresh beginnings 🤍🌿
