📊 The Last Two Weeks at Hama Medical Centre

Over the past 2 weeks (18th–30th May) our team has been working hard to support patients across appointments, phone calls, online requests and administration.

✅ 630 appointments attended
📞 713 calls answered
💻 440 online patient contacts received
💊 1,721 prescriptions processed
📋 2,223 patient tasks completed
🔬 1,142 pathology results filed
📨 77 referrals completed

We're also pleased to share that 37 out of 43 Family & Friends responses were positive, with many patients rating their experience as Good or Very Good.

Unfortunately, 34 appointments were not attended, resulting in 8.5 hours of wasted clinical time. If you can no longer attend an appointment, please let us know as soon as possible so we can offer it to another patient in need.
