Feet really are the foundation and so often forgotten

The amount of classes I have been to over the years that completely ignore the feet 🙄…..not here 🦶

Balls incoming for tonight’s class 👌but I always do foot exercises 😁
If your feet can’t move fully, what chance do your knees, hips and back have! It’s really all connected 😅💫
