A Sound Bath is a beautiful, cosy, healing evening.
Held here at Anura Wellness, by Sue from Shine Bright Energy.

At Anura, attending a Sound Bath looks like:
Blankets, lavender eye masks, lying down… complete chill.
Complete disconnect.

Not only do you begin to heal when you allow your mind, body and soul such deep rest, such relaxation, but the sounds resonate with your body and begin to shift stagnant energy.

💫 What is this event?

A unique, one-off experience here at Anura.

Join us for a beautiful and immersive introduction to the handpan — a deeply calming and healing instrument known for its soothing, resonant sound.

Much like the instruments used during sound baths, the handpan creates vibrations that can be felt throughout the body, helping you relax, reconnect and unwind.

This 2-hour session will begin with an introduction to the basics of this magical instrument, followed by the chance for everyone to play and experience it for themselves. The beauty of the handpan is that you don’t need any musical experience — you can play intuitively and it sounds incredible. It feels wholesome, calming, fun and honestly even more beautiful in person.

Saturday 27th June, 12pm.

The session will finish with a live handpan performance from Phill. You’re welcome to sit, lie down, meditate, or simply close your eyes and enjoy the sounds.
There’s something truly special about being immersed in live music — it helps you disconnect from the outside world and reconnect with inner peace.

This is more than just a music session… it’s an experience.

It’s a complete holistic experience for the mind, body and soul.

I love facials.
And I love what I offer at Anura.

There’s two sections to the treatment menu —
The Anura Essence & The Anura Ritual.

The Anura Essence is available in a 30 and 60 minute option, this is more of a “classic facial experience”…
Whereas The Anura Ritual is a more immersive, spiritual experience, including meditation, breath work and sound bowls.
The Anura Ritual is available in a 45, 75 and 90 minute option.

The facials include a range of therapies: massage, steam and scalp treatment…
It’s really so much more than the face.

There’s something about a facial that is just so relaxing.
It takes you to a dream like state, almost asleep, but not quite.
Just enough to know what’s going on and enjoy the experience, but dreamy enough to take you to a place you’ve perhaps never been to…
It’s an in-between state.
A magical, healing place.
