⭐️ POTENTIAL WORKSHOPS FOR YOUNG PEOPLE ⭐️

Hi everyone, I’m just looking for some feedback whilst I’m in the process of creating a new section of my counselling business.

I’m hoping to create some 1-2 hour workshops around PMDD, PCOS, PMS, endometriosis etc & hormonal impacts on LGBTQ+ people who may struggle with symptoms.

I’m thinking to aim these at girls (inclusive of this might be individuals who were born female but may now identify as they/them or he/her) in high schools, sixths forms, colleges and universities.

What I want to do is change the knowledge young people have around periods, conditions such as those listed above, signs to look out for, how they can cope, where they can seek support etc.

In schools, we’re taught the basics of the female cycle and as many of you will know, the reality isn’t a perfect 30 day cycle with a perfect 5-7 day light bleeding with minor cramps (or none if you’re really lucky!!).

So many woman get to 20/30 even their 40s and wish they’d known when they were younger.

I’d love some thoughts or things you feel should be included.

Tomorrow marks the start of my challenge in May.

Wishing you all a Happy Easter and hopefully a long weekend maybe off work, spending it with those close to you or just having some time to get those jobs done that you never seem to have enough free time for.

I am out of office for the week, but I will be returning on Monday the 13th of April 2026. I will still be able to respond to emails and schedule in any introductory calls, but these now won’t take place until that week.
