May Queen Elizabeth II Rest In Peace.

God save the King!

We know some people feel anxious or worried when they're told they need a colonoscopy but it's important to have this test if you're referred.

Colonoscopies help to detect many different bowel problems. Most people who have a colonoscopy won’t have bowel cancer. But, if bowel cancer is detected at its earliest stage nearly everybody is treated successfully. That’s why if you have an appointment for a colonoscopy, it is really important that you attend – let’s keep your bowel in good health.

We have now added state of the art 24Hr ECG monitoring to our list of services offered to patients across Norfolk.

24Hr Holter Monitors record the rhythm and electrical activity of your heart as you go about your daily activities, such as working, exercising, and sleeping and is routinely used to assess abnormal rhythm of the heart.

24Hr ECG monitoring is a common test which means that from time to time, waiting lists can be longer, however, from Cardiologist or GP referral, patients can be seen by us generally within a week, meaning they get their results swiftly

The new service has been really well received by patients preferring not to attend local hospitals during COVID times and has the added benefit of free parking

The new ‘holter’ monitors which are approx. 2 inches in length making them almost half the size and weight of previous styles, are much more comfortable for patients to wear, the leads are also shorter and the unit is waterproof meaning that patients can now shower whilst wearing them.

Your GP/consultant can refer you to us for this monitoring

Our 24hr ECG devices are waterproof, comfortable to wear and easy to fit and you can easily record your symptoms via the ECG-OD Smartphone app.

Thanks Daniel!

I can't praise enough the professionalism of the Dr and the nurses in the scan room and the reception. They gave me plenty of information and were very helpful throughout the whole procedure.

A big thank you to all the team there!
