🚧 A little yard update! 🐴

We’re having a new drain fitted in the yard at The Magpie Centre, helping to improve drainage and keep our busy yard working well throughout the wetter months. 🌧️🐴

It’s all part of the essential work that goes on behind the scenes to look after our Centre and keep everything running smoothly.

All of our horses enjoyed their treatments, with some receiving PEMF therapy for extra support.

Physio helps improve circulation, ease muscle tightness, and keep our horses moving comfortably — because their wellbeing always comes first 💙

What a week its been!

Its been great to see so many of you back at the yard! The weather has been a challenge so thanks for your patience.

This week we have seen Tulip in action, Tulip is new to the team and settling in very well. Abigail enjoyed a lesson in the indoor school onboard.

Arthur enjoyed a stable management session where she learnt how to measure a horse and check their weight.

We also had a visit from Zoe our Vet from Anchorage Barn Equine Veterinary Clinic who came for a routine check up on Vs teeth. Pony Club client Neve was here so it was a perfect time for her to work on her teeth badge.

Thanks to everyone who supported us this week, have a wonderful weekend!

The Magpie Centre is looking for a very special new member of our equine team.

We are currently searching for a 15.2hh ride and drive horse to join us here in West Norfolk.

We're looking for a horse that is:
🐎 Around 15.2hh
🐎 Sound and healthy
🐎 Sensible, kind and willing
🐎 Happy to work with riders and drivers of a wide range of ages and abilities

Whether your horse is available for sale or on loan, we'd love to hear from you.

A wonderful, knowledgeable home awaits with a dedicated team who understand just how important our horses are. Our equines are at the heart of everything we do, helping to transform the lives of disabled children and adults through riding, carriage driving and equine-assisted activities.
