Dad,

Growing up as a kid was tough. You did your very best as a parent, to help me see i was beautiful just as i was.

Somewhere along the way, the outside world had me convinced me that I wasn't enough. For a long time, I believed them instead of believing you.

It's taken me a long time to be happy in my own body and to stop feeling like I needed to tick a box for someone else. To realise that my worth isn't defined by what i weigh or how others believe i should be.

It took me years to understand that you were right all along.

What I do now is help people see in themselves what you always saw in me. I help people find confidence, believe in themselves and recognise their own worth.

So don't be worrying dad, I'll carry on loving myself, just as you taught me to, and I'll keep helping others do the same.

I only wish you were here so I could tell you that you were right. ❤️

Me and my Slimming World family out today, leaflets in hand and finishing off at the cricket. Perfect Sunday ❤️🏏

What a lovely day spent spreading the word, getting our steps in and helping more people discover that a happier, healthier future could be just one leaflet away.

A huge thank you to Kings Hill Cricket Club and Nick McGeorge for putting up my posters and supporting our local community. It means so much to have local organisations helping us reach more people who may be looking for support on their weight loss journey.

WOW WOW WOW! 🎉❤️

A huge congratulations to Anna on achieving her amazing 7 stone award and reaching her target weight! 🌟

When Anna first joined group, she was in a lot of pain. It affected so many areas of her life and often left her wanting to hide away. But with determination, support and belief in herself, she has completely transformed her world.

Through the support of our Kings Hill group, Anna found motivation, inspiration and learnt that she didn't need to miss out on life to lose weight. She discovered she could still enjoy meals out, holidays, social occasions and special moments while achieving her dreams.

Most importantly, she learnt to be kinder to herself and realised she never had to walk her journey alone.

Today, Anna loves shopping for new clothes, running up the stairs with ease, line dancing and never missing a photo opportunity! 📸💃

This is about so much more than weight loss. It's about gaining confidence, making memories and living the life you deserve.

If Anna can change her world, so can you. ❤️
