To all my lovely clients, my diary is now open for September and early October appointments.

I’ll be taking some time off during October through to the middle of November, so availability around this period will not be available.

If you know you’ll be due for your anti-wrinkle, filler, skin treatments or any of your usual appointments, please book ahead so I can make sure I get you in before I’m off.

September appointments are already filling, so please don’t leave it until the last minute!

A little full-face harmonisation for my lovely friend 4ml

She felt her face was looking slightly flat and deflated. The temples had become more hollow, volume had reduced through the anteromedial cheeks the “apples” of the cheeks and her jawline had lost some definition. She was also noticing more shadowing beneath the lower lip through the labiomental crease.

Using 4 syringes of dermal filler in total, we strategically treated the temples, anteromedial cheeks, pyriform fossa, marionette lines and jawline.

The aim wasn’t to make her look “filled”; it was to replace support where it had been lost, soften the hollows and restore more natural definition and balance throughout the face. Fresh, supported and still completely herself

Same angle. Same chin position. No filters. Just time.

The photo on the left was taken when I started noticing my skin was looking thinner, with some volume loss and a little loose skin around the sides of my mouth.

I treated myself with PDO mono threads to help stimulate collagen, along with 0.5ml of dermal filler to restore subtle volume. I also refreshed my pyriform fossa, cheeks and marionette lines. For context, I hadn’t used dermal filler to restore facial volume for almost 4 years before this.

The photo on the right is a few months later. PDO mono threads aren’t an instant treatment they work gradually by encouraging your body to produce collagen but I think the difference speaks for itself.

Please note my face and chin are at the same angle in both photos, so you can see the change as accurately as possible.

Sometimes it’s not about making the nose smaller… it’s about creating better facial balance.

This lovely client felt her nose stood out because she has such delicate facial features. Rather than treating the nose, we focused on restoring harmony to her profile.

By adding subtle support to the chin, along with 0.5ml of lip filler, the apples of the cheeks and the pyriform fossa, we’ve brought the lower face into better proportion with the nose. The result? A beautifully balanced side profile where the nose appears less prominent, without ever touching it.

It’s amazing how small, strategic tweaks can make such a big difference. Sometimes the best treatment isn’t where you think it is.
