🧘‍♀️💫Mat Based Yoga Classes💫🧘‍♀️

I have been sharing lots about my sound baths and chair yoga recently,and it made me realise my regular mat-based yoga classes have been a little bit quiet in the background … and they really shouldn’t be.😁

🧘‍♀️I have been teaching these Hatha yoga classes for over 25 years, and they are still a steady, grounding part of my week. No fuss, just time to move, stretch, breathe, and come away feeling better than when you arrived.

Classes are held at Pott Row chapel (PE32 1BP):
Wednesday at 5:45pm and 7:30pm
Thursday at 6pm
Each class lasts 75 minutes.

Whether you are returning to yoga or completely new to it, you would be very welcome to join us.

The first class is £7 and can be booked online⬇️
