A note from Elliott this birthday:

“The most beautiful people are those who have known defeat, suffering, loss, struggle and have found their way out of the depths. They have an appreciation, sensitivity and an understanding for life that fills them with compassion, gentleness and deep loving concern. Beautiful people do not just happen”

All day it grounded me into abundance, what I have in front of me. In fact, it’s been a meeting of an unimaginable death that has brought my whole life into abundance by appreciation of what I have built around me.

🌿WILD SALSA VERDE🌿

•1 large handful of mint
•1 large handful of lemon balm
•1 handful of dandelion leaves
•1 bunch of chives (thank you )

Add in:
•50ml olive oil (or more)
•50ml apple cider vinegar (or more)
•1tsp Celtic salt (high quality salt)

🥣 Blend it all together

Use on:
🌱Salads
🥔 Potatoes
🐟 Fish

This is just a really simple oil infusion that you can go by to make any cooking or topical oil

This one is a mix of fresh herbs
🌿 20g of wild rosemary and thyme
🌿 300ml organic olive oil

This is a quick HOT OIL MACERATE
I left it to cook for 30 mins and let it cool for 30 mins

We love this over our roast potatoes!
