🪄 Take a look at our last magical women's seasonal sauna .and.sauna

💫 This sauna we delved into how harvest doesn't have to be tangible - some harvests give you fruit and some harvests give you wisdom

🤍 As women we supported this seasonal shift through walking the land, identifying plant allies to support us as we go into this autumn season.

💫 We used scrubs, packs, oils, syrups and infusions blended with the heat of the fire and the grounding of the earth

🪄 Look out for out next women's winter solstice seasonal sauna at the end of December dates TBC soon, or DM us to be placed on the wait list 🤍

There is nothing more we love than seeing a woman who takes up the space to simply exist in her full essence.

That’s knows her softness and isn’t afraid to guard it with her strength.

That’s knows her light but doesn’t hid from her shadow.

That’s owns her accountability and honours that she is the one who creates her reality.

When we rise, we lift the chains and rise together ✨

Celebrating the summer solstice with 6 other gorgeous women SPRING + SAUNA last night

The sun 🌞 and moon 🌒 both shined high as we all bathed in the wild swimming pond.

We restored our bodies in the steamy wood fired sauna, healed our souls with the helpful herbs and finished grounding with a fire 🔥 & big fresh piece of strawberry and honey summer cake 🍯

Cait • Ayurvedic and Somatic Practitioner & I are planning to do these sauna and plant identification series at the start of each season SPRING + SAUNA so keep in touch

A note from Elliott this birthday:

“The most beautiful people are those who have known defeat, suffering, loss, struggle and have found their way out of the depths. They have an appreciation, sensitivity and an understanding for life that fills them with compassion, gentleness and deep loving concern. Beautiful people do not just happen”

All day it grounded me into abundance, what I have in front of me. In fact, it’s been a meeting of an unimaginable death that has brought my whole life into abundance by appreciation of what I have built around me.
