Celebrating the summer solstice with 6 other gorgeous women SPRING + SAUNA last night

The sun 🌞 and moon 🌒 both shined high as we all bathed in the wild swimming pond.

We restored our bodies in the steamy wood fired sauna, healed our souls with the helpful herbs and finished grounding with a fire 🔥 & big fresh piece of strawberry and honey summer cake 🍯

Cait • Ayurvedic and Somatic Practitioner & I are planning to do these sauna and plant identification series at the start of each season SPRING + SAUNA so keep in touch

✨There is so much abundance in the wild right now! Come with me and make this✨

🌿WILD SALSA VERDE🌿

•1 large handful of mint
•1 large handful of lemon balm
•1 handful of dandelion leaves
•1 bunch of chives (thank you )

Add in:
•50ml olive oil (or more)
•50ml apple cider vinegar (or more)
•1tsp Celtic salt (high quality salt)

🥣 Blend it all together

Use on:
🌱Salads
🥔 Potatoes
🐟 Fish
