The subconscious mind (the bit you’re unaware of) is actually in control around 95% of the time.

When we try making change using willpower (which comes from the concious mind) you may have the subconscious working against you- so it’s really hard!

When the subconscious is on board we can make change without resistance, and it’s easy!

This is why we use hypnosis (just a relaxed state- no clucking like a chicken!) to bypass the analytical part of the mind (which may be saying “No I can’t do that”) and accessing the part that is open and receptive to positive suggestions and positive change.
