It’s the last place you would expect to get a leaflet about personal training so why do we do it?
We know what the people who we want to work with , they are like us , they want to enjoy life
If that means we have to hand out leaflets on a Thursday at a pub , so be it
People with jobs that stress them out , people who like a glass of wine or three , people who’ve tried the 6am generic bootcamp thing and hated every second of it but kept going because they felt guilty stopping
We’re not building a gym for gym people who’ve already got it figured out
We’re building one for people who want to feel strong and look good and still have a life and kinda be a gym person and a pint shouldn’t prevent that
You don’t need another reason to feel bad about yourself and we aren’t here to do that
You need somewhere that gets you, six people max, proper coaching, in and out in back to busy work and colourful cocktails on a evening
So yeah beer gardens are where we find our people who want to find their fitness
