Our summer internship students are back, and block 1 have kicked things off with a bang! Joely, Pacey, Maja, Brett, Annabelle, Ella and Ollie have been with us for two weeks looking after our lovely patients and they’ve done a great job 🤩

It was great to welcome George, from one of our partner clubs , to the hub yesterday. George and his team are travelling to Spain next month for their football tour and he was proud to show off our logo on their training and match kit.

We’ve been working hard helping the kids with their performance in the run up to their trip, and we hope you have a brilliant time 💫 ⚽️ 🥅

💪 Strong shoulders, sorted 💪

This week it’s Jake and Byron’s turn, and they’ve shared their go-to picks to strengthen your shoulders:

• Reverse fly: targets the posterior shoulder to improve balance and shoulder control
• Lateral raise: builds strength and control through shoulder abduction in a key movement plane
• Shoulder press: develops full shoulder strength and capacity through a loaded overhead pattern

Simple, effective exercises that build strength, control, and confidence under load.

💪 Core Crushers: Easter Interns’ Top 3 Picks! 🐣✨

Our Easter Internship students have spoken — and these are their must‑do core moves to fire up your mid‑section and build real functional strength:

🔥 1. Dead Bug on a BOSU Ball
The ultimate test of coordination + stability. Your deep core will definitely feel this one working! Slow, controlled, and surprisingly spicy. 🌶️

⚪ 2. Swiss Ball Crunch
An absolute classic — but make it unstable. The Swiss ball increases your range of motion and hits the upper abs in all the right ways. Smooth, steady reps = maximum burn. ✅

🔁 3. Russian Twists
Oblique power! Grab a weight (or don’t!) and rotate with control. These build rotational strength and tighten up the waistline, too. Twist, breathe, repeat. 💥
