Ever wondered what happens during a Sports Massage & Cupping session? 🤔

Here’s a little insight into one of Rob’s recovery sessions as he keeps his body in top condition throughout the cricket season. 🏏

Sports massage helps reduce muscle tension, improve mobility, and aid recovery from training and competition, while cupping can help increase blood flow, reduce stiffness, and complement hands-on treatment.

Whether you’re recovering from a hard training session, preparing for your next game, or simply looking to keep your body performing at its best, regular recovery sessions can make a real difference.

Recovery is just as important as training. 💪

Book your Sports Massage & Cupping session today and keep your body ready for whatever comes next.

Brad’s currently working through the later stages of his MCL rehab, and it’s great to see how far he’s come.

This session focused on plyometric training, rebuilding power, control, and confidence through the knee as we continue preparing him for the next phase of rehab.

🏃‍♂️ Next stop… getting him back running.

Every session is another step forward, and it’s brilliant to see the hard work paying off. Keep it up, Brad—you’re not far away now! 💪

Luke’s getting closer and closer… ⚽️💪

Luke is absolutely smashing the final stages of his ACL rehab, and it’s great to see all of his hard work paying off.

At this stage, we’re focusing on building confidence, power, and movement quality to make sure he’s physically and mentally ready for the next step.

With less than a month to go before we complete our Return to Sport testing, we’re entering one of the most exciting phases of the rehab journey. This is where all the hard work starts to come together.

The finish line is in sight, and it won’t be long before Luke is back doing what he loves on the football pitch.

Keep up the brilliant work.

Another solid session in the books for Matt 💪

Matt continues to make fantastic progress following his MPFL reconstruction and patella reconstruction.

Today’s session focused on progressing into single-leg strength work, combining it with more functional movement patterns to continue building stability, confidence, and control through the knee. Every session is another step closer to getting him back to doing what he enjoys.

Of course, no session with Matt would be complete without finishing by putting the world to rights with a quick chat about politics… 🤣

Brilliant effort as always, mate. Keep it up! 👊

1.5 weeks post ACL reconstruction 💪

Hannah’s putting in the work early — and it’s showing already 👏

At this stage, the focus is on building the foundations:
- Regaining knee range of motion
- Working toward full extension
- Improving gait and reducing reliance on crutches

Finishing the session with compression boots to help manage swelling and support circulation 🔁

Early stages aren’t always the most exciting — but they’re some of the most important. Great start so far, Hannah… let’s keep it moving 👊

Marathon ready 🏃‍♂️💨

Final prep underway for the London Marathon next weekend — and recovery is just as important as the miles you put in.

This session was all about loosening up tight muscles, improving circulation, and making sure the body is in the best possible shape heading into race day 💆‍♂️

When you’ve put the work in, the last thing you want is something small holding you back.

See you next week for your flush out before the race 🏃🏽‍♂️

Following an ankle sprain, it’s not just about reducing pain -> it’s about rebuilding strength, control and confidence from the ground up.

To prepare for upcoming dance competitions, we incorporated some initial proprioceptive work in today’s session.

Proprioceptive work enhances the sensitivity of mechanoreceptors around the ankle joint. For dancers, we can use it to help control the positioning of the foot and ankle during constant, repetitive jumping and turning movements.

🏋️‍♀️There’s still some time to enjoy 25% off all services booked in with Evie before the end of February!
