I can't tell you how much I LOVE doing what I do working with lady cacao and all that feel drawn to ceremony even though you might not quite know why at the time! That's how I felt when I first began! Just trust your nudges and take action!

Sipping cacao with the intention of letting go of all that no longer serves you is such a powerful thing to do. Even more so when coupled with singing to balance your nervous system, guided meditation for you to gain clarity and insight, relaxation to absorb all you you have seen and felt, and movement to free your body and ground yourself.

This next ceremony is a 2 hour journey with everything my usual 3 hour ones have just a little more condensed. So you will still get every element, but then have longer of your day left!! 🙌

🌿Grounding🌿

Such a quick but so beneficial morning practice.

If you haven't got a garden, when you're out, go place your hands, or lean on a tree and mentally asked to be grounded and held.

This is not woo woo stuff, it literally calms your stress levels by lowering cortisol, amongst so many other benefits. That's why kids after being cooped up in school all day always feel better for playing in nature no matter how cold it is🌿🌿🌿

The one and olny picture from last week's Lions Gate cacao ceremony I took! (Possibly dancing to this song!) I even forgot to get a group one! 🙈

I guess when you're that immersed in the ceremony and gently observing that everyone is ok with what they are letting go of and receiving, taking photos is the last thing on my mind. Being present to make sure the space is fully protected and filled with the highest energy is far more important. But it would have been nice to have a few more, especially a lovely group one of all the gogeous ladies there last Saturday. Men are always totally welcome too of course at any of my ceremonies. It just happened to be ladies day last week!!

For me the roller coaster of the energy is still happening! Laughing one minute and tears the next, but it's all part of the journey. Much love to all that came, and I'm so looking forward to next Friday's evening cacao ceremony and the balance and healing that will take place during it🌿🌿🌿

I love evening cacao ceremonies so I can't wait to be back at
Pilates And Movement Studio for my next one on Friday 21st August 6.15-9.15pm.

The theme is connecting to the ancient wisdom of nature, predominantly trees, mother earth, the birds and animals.

So if you feel drawn, come and join me to

🌿Ground and soothe your nervous system,

🌿to listen to the inner and outer messages and guidance given,

🌿 to absorb the deep healing energy of nature,

🌿and to connect fully to mother earth bringing you stability and strength.

Of course all this will be aided by drinking Full Power ceremonial cacao, a sacred plant medicine in herself, enabling your senses to heighten, and you to feel the wisdom of your higher self✨️✨️✨️

Even though we won't be outside this time, it will feel like it with the door open wide gazing onto the gorgeous courtyard and all the music, chants, and meditations chosen and written to bring the outside within.

It will be a magical evening leaving you energised, balanced and full of love and respect for our beautiful world🌿🌿🌿
