William's Den now closed (3rd September).
We have just heard from William's Den that they have had to close due to water supply disruption so if you are heading to William's Den today please don't!
For everyone that was going as part of our Special Stars Foundation activity today we are looking to re-arrange the day (probably in October half-term now) so will be in touch shortly to confirm dates and times.
We are sorry this has happened as we know how much everyone enjoys the outing.

We're excited to announce the launch of our cosy Pop-Up Sensory Shop in the activity area (3rd Floor, Princes Quay, Hull, HU1 2PQ), currently available exclusively to our wonderful service users ✨

The shop features many of our signature accessibility and sensory products, making it easy to browse and purchase items while attending activities. As sensory products are often very personal and tactile, we believe it's important to have the opportunity to see, touch, and explore them before making a choice.

We are planning to open the Pop-Up Shop to the wider public in September, during specific opening time slots, allowing members of the community to visit, explore our range of sensory and accessibility products, and find the items that best suit their individual needs. A Big Welcome to Vaccination UK! 💙

Last Friday, Special Stars Foundation was delighted to welcome the fantastic team from Vaccination UK, who have been providing NHS immunisations in our calm and accessible activity space.

The sessions have predominantly supported young people with SEND, helping to create a more relaxed, comfortable environment for those who may find traditional healthcare settings challenging. We are proud to be able to offer a welcoming space that supports the needs of our community.

A huge thank you to the wonderful NHS nurses and Vaccination UK team for their dedication and care.

We look forward to building on this partnership and working together more in the coming months to make essential healthcare services even more accessible for the people we support.

Our first teen-only session at Federation of Sport recently was a fantastic session! 🎯🎮

There were lots of fun and sociable activities for our teen members to get involved in, including interactive darts, racing simulators and golf simulators.
