She was scared to death she’d look false.

I completely understand why.

The internet is full of exactly the kind of results she was terrified of. Overfilled. Obvious. Nothing like the person underneath.

So we had a proper conversation first.

And I say this as someone who sees the damage every single day in clinic.

Number one SPF 50. Every morning. Rain, clouds, indoors, in the car. UV doesn’t take days off and neither should your SPF. It’s the single most powerful anti-ageing step you can take. Full stop.

Number two Vitamin C. Applied in the morning underneath your SPF. It neutralises free radical damage from UV before it takes hold. But here’s the thing if your Vitamin C serum has turned orange or yellow it’s already oxidised and doing nothing. Medical grade concentration and proper formulation makes all the difference.
