I started Nursing when I was 18 years old, and have spent the rest of my life learning all about health and wellness. I like to use as much of what i've learned over those 40 + years to help others. I combine traditional health with complimentary therapies to effect holistic and individual support.

The session will include guided meditation, reflective journaling on topics associated with the seasonal & astrological influences, shared thoughts & feelings which promote positivity. Setting intentions, sound bathing, oracle cards…..we can discuss various complimentary therapies and elements that support wellbeing too.
