An invitation to meet Helz and your new sangha in our stunning new venue - A practice of slow flow melting into oozy restorative postures, meditation and circle.

At the edge of the East Yorkshire fields, a converted barn holds its warmth against the falling evening. Come and meet Helz, and the people who may become your new sangha. We’ll move slowly at first -
breath finding its way through the body, the body remembering it does not need to brace. Then: bolsters, blankets, postures that ask for nothing but your weight, your willingness to be held. There will be stillness. A little meditation. Voices gathered in a circle, sound, perhaps a small ritual - nothing forced, nothing to perform. Just space to arrive as you are. Leave softer, with a quieter mind and the feeling that somewhere among warm light and open fields, YOU have found your place.

Four Tuesday evenings with hazy lighting, healing smokes and vibrations. The kind of sound and ceremony that lets you land fully. Some nights will carry drum or voice, others will be quiet and held. Every session is an invitation to find space, breathe and move in a way that your body craves.
