Specialist Support Worker (Female Applicants Only)

We are currently recruiting a Female Specialist Support Worker to join our dedicated team supporting an individual with complex mental health needs.

Role Requirements:
Providing person-centred, needs-led support within a 24-hour care package

Supporting a client who has a female-only staff preference (no male staff required)

Working within a structured support plan promoting independence, safety, and wellbeing

Experience working with complex mental health needs is essential

Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) experience is required

Shifts:
24-hour care package including paid sleep-in shifts

Training & Development:
Full PBS training provided
PMVA (Prevention and Management of Violence and Aggression) training provided

Essential Criteria:
Must have the right to work in the UK
No sponsorship available
