✨ What if the future of health isn’t one-size-fits-all — but completely personalised to you? ✨

Three days, countless insights and one very full brain — Day 3 at the Health Optimisation Summit did not disappoint!

I’m leaving the summit inspired, curious and genuinely excited about the future of health, longevity and preventative medicine.

We started with 𝗧𝗼𝗻𝘆 𝗪𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝗼𝗻 and , exploring the latest developments in health. From PEMF and peptides to enzymes, personal testing and personalised preventative care, it’s fascinating to see how quickly healthcare is becoming more individualised.

Another positive trend is the growing range of cleaner, more wholesome food products, with greater attention to sugar, additives and quality ingredients. 🌱

From there, we moved into the world of biohacking and regenerative medicine, with Ben Greenfield joining regenerative medicine pioneer to discuss performance, personalised health and where regenerative medicine could be heading next. 🧬

The session with Dr. Dominik Nischwitz and 𝗧𝗶𝗺 𝗚𝗿𝗮𝘆 was equally thought-provoking, exploring biodentistry, the oral microbiome and the connection between oral and whole-body health.

Their message was clear: oral health deserves far more attention and public education. I’d love to see greater access to this kind of care, making it more affordable and available to everyone. 🦷.

Then Francesca Tighinean offered an important reminder that health isn’t just about food, exercise or data. Our relationships, connection and emotional wellbeing play a huge role too. ❤️

Finally, the much-anticipated Wim Hof — Wim Hof — shared his approach to breathwork, cold exposure and mindset to help regulate the nervous system. He is renowned for climbing Everest in shorts and enduring extreme cold, so his story certainly made an impression! ❄️

My biggest takeaway from the summit?

✨ DAY 2 at the Health Optimisation Summit… WOW! ✨
Waking up this morning still processing everything from yesterday! 🤯 So much inspiration, learning and plenty of “I need to look into that!” moments!

🎤 I started the day volunteering and listening to talk about what breaks us, how we come back stronger — and the importance of connecting to something bigger than ourselves. A powerful and inspiring start to the day!

🦴 & delivered a fascinating talk on “How you move at 80 is decided now.”

We explored bone health, osteoporosis, hormones, muscle and movement, with some pretty shocking statistics. Definitely a subject I want to delve into much more!

💪 I was also inspired by ’s energetic talk, emphasising that we need to train faster, not harder, eat more protein and build muscle.

One of the key messages was that after 40, it’s muscle — not metabolism — that actually changes, and that building muscle is a choice at any age. Such an empowering reminder!

🏃‍♀️ Then it was all about running & longevity with , from UNTAPPED and — exploring why runners live longer and the fascinating role VO₂ max plays in living a longer, healthier life.

🌬️ I also managed to squeeze in a breathwork workshop with , learning techniques for three very different states:

🌿 Calm down
⚡ Power up
😴 Fall asleep

…and honestly, it was SO effective! Definitely taking these techniques away with me!

And then there was the exhibitor hall… 😍

Some of my favourite discoveries:

✨ DAY 1 — HEALTH OPTIMISATION SUMMIT, LONDON ✨

What if the future of health # is already here? Today, I got a glimpse of it at the Health Optimisation Summit in London. 🧬✨

I’m thrilled to be volunteering at the Summit for the second year running. This three-day event brings together health, longevity, biohacking, business and learning — and Day 1 offered a fascinating behind-the-scenes look at The Business of Health.

The day was dedicated to businesses and exhibitors, creating plenty of opportunities to connect with founders, innovators and passionate people who are changing the way we think about health and wellbeing.

There was so much to explore: biohacking technology, longevity, nutrition, recovery and practical advice on building and running a successful health business. Alongside that, I listened to inspiring speakers and learned more about the ideas, research and stories driving this rapidly growing industry.

Then there was the amazing exhibitor hall…🤯

With 141 hand-picked health and wellness brands taking part, there was no shortage of innovation — from recovery and performance technology to nutrition, diagnostics and new approaches to longevity.

A few exhibitors that caught my eye included Henshaw Hyperbarics, GlycanAge, Randox Health, CELLER8, InhaleH2, BlockBlueLight, Keto-Mojo, BIOptimizers, Altheome, fu:di, goodphats, natch — and there are so many more to discover! 🧬⚡️

And this is only Day 1.

Tomorrow, the main Summit begins, with over 4,000 participants and an incredible line-up of 62 speakers, including:

🔥 Bear Grylls
🧊 Wim Hof — “The Iceman”
🦷 Dr Dominik Nischwitz — Dr Dome
🧠 Dr Tara Swart
💪 Ben Greenfield
🩺 Dr Karan Rajan
✨ Davinia Taylor

…and many more fascinating voices from the worlds of health, longevity, nutrition, performance and preventative medicine.

Exciting!!! 😆🙌

Three days. Hundreds of conversations. Incredible people. Endless ideas. Hopefully, plenty of inspiration to take home and put into practice.
