✨ What if the future of health isn’t one-size-fits-all — but completely personalised to you? ✨
Three days, countless insights and one very full brain — Day 3 at the Health Optimisation Summit did not disappoint!
I’m leaving the summit inspired, curious and genuinely excited about the future of health, longevity and preventative medicine.
We started with 𝗧𝗼𝗻𝘆 𝗪𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝗼𝗻 and , exploring the latest developments in health. From PEMF and peptides to enzymes, personal testing and personalised preventative care, it’s fascinating to see how quickly healthcare is becoming more individualised.
Another positive trend is the growing range of cleaner, more wholesome food products, with greater attention to sugar, additives and quality ingredients. 🌱
From there, we moved into the world of biohacking and regenerative medicine, with Ben Greenfield joining regenerative medicine pioneer to discuss performance, personalised health and where regenerative medicine could be heading next. 🧬
The session with Dr. Dominik Nischwitz and 𝗧𝗶𝗺 𝗚𝗿𝗮𝘆 was equally thought-provoking, exploring biodentistry, the oral microbiome and the connection between oral and whole-body health.
Their message was clear: oral health deserves far more attention and public education. I’d love to see greater access to this kind of care, making it more affordable and available to everyone. 🦷.
Then Francesca Tighinean offered an important reminder that health isn’t just about food, exercise or data. Our relationships, connection and emotional wellbeing play a huge role too. ❤️
Finally, the much-anticipated Wim Hof — Wim Hof — shared his approach to breathwork, cold exposure and mindset to help regulate the nervous system. He is renowned for climbing Everest in shorts and enduring extreme cold, so his story certainly made an impression! ❄️
