33‑year‑old mum of 5, Alice Webb, died after a liquid BBL by self‑styled “Lip King” Jordan Parke. BBC News has now revealed he kept offering these high‑risk procedures around the country despite prohibition notices and a long history of complaints.

Unqualified injectors are still offering liquid BBLs in salons, hotel rooms and homes, with no national law to stop them.
