So, let's talk about our skin during those chilly winter months.

As an aesthetic clinician, I totally get how the cold weather can wreak havoc on our skin. It's like the moisture just evaporates, leaving us with dry, flaky skin.

Not cool, right? But fear not! We can totally combat this. It's all about keeping our skin hydrated and protected.

Slather on some moisturiser, use a protective barrier cream, and don't forget the sunscreen (yes, even in winter!).
