Sunday's morningkendal ☕️🧘🏻‍♀️

I've delivered two sessions at Morning Kendal now and the community that is forming is lovely to see. That feeling of waking up on a sunday to do yoga and have coffee with pals is what slow sundays are made for.

I love collaborating with local like minded businesses and brands that have a passion for what they do.

The Other Side 🏋🏻‍♀️

I love movement in a lot of different forms. I've been back for just over a year now ~ I've gone from being worried about picking up a bar, box jumps and running, to smashing PB's and doing skills I didn't think I would be doing again.

Last night... a PB C+J of 55kg

The process isn't always easy, there are fails, frustration and wins.

The best part is doing it with a crowd of people that cheer you on whatevee your level and want you to win.

I didn't want to go to yoga last night, no bone in my body wanted to, which isn't like me. But I went. It's a non negotiable in my week, a day where I don't need to decide, it just is and has been for years. I arrived and set myself up at the back, I wanted to drop into the background, to go unseen. I modified some of the practice and pushed other parts when it felt good. I got upside down, I flipped my perspective and it cleared my head, which has been overspilling for a while now. I got home and felt more at ease, I slept better and I had more motivation for a new day.

The practice doesn't need to be perfect, it's perfect for you on that day. Because as Pip Roberts often says, drawing on Tantrik yoga philosophy "we are perfect and ever-evolving".

And the key, it's for you always!

Something Beth Mason - Online Fitness Coach for Women 40+ helped me do when I worked with Beth is plan your non negotiables, so you don't get decision fatigue, your not deciding, it is booked in, it's happening and you won't regret it. Creating a base line plan that supports you, providing you with a system that is going to increase your energy, increase your capacity and shift your base line happiness. Each Sunday night I plan my week out but I already know I am going to yoga and the benefits it brings for me.

This Sunday in the Meadow 🌸🌼

Where mindful movement meets wild summer blooms. Outdoor Yoga at the beautiful Rubys Meadow just outside Kendal.

Practice amongst the sounds of nature looking out onto the beautiful wildflowers and landscape beyond. Followed by time to wander in the meadow, pick your own posy, chat with friends old and new, and a refreshing beverage.

There are three tiers of pricing depending on the amount of flowers you would like to pick. Jars, buckets and scissors will be provided for picking, and flowers will be lovingly wrapped for you to take home.

There'a a second opportunities to join us in the meadow this summer for a sunset session on Wednesday 19th August 7:30-9pm - the views are incredible and the golden light magic ✨️

It is looking like the dry weather will be on our side this Sunday morning, 9am for a slow wholesome session ☀️

Liv The Hot Bothy. Lake District Wood-Fired Sauna Experiences. and I met this morning to finalise the details for The Wild Ritual and I am so excited for this collaboration, it combines a lot of my favourite things!

My love for wild saunas began on the shore of Loch Fyne in Scotland and have become a ritual for me, to share with friends and community. Combining this with one of my other loves, essential oils and natural products - nourishing the body even further, a journey for the senses, looking after your hair, skin and connecting with nature more deeply, all whilst in the sauna… it’s like a wild spa experience like no other! And of course my long time favourite cold water immersion.

I love creating rituals for you, an experience and time to truly be present (because your phone gets too hot in a sauna), connect, pause and nurture. An hour solely doing something nourishing for your mind, body and spirit - and I really mean this.

The sauna Liv has created is beyond perfect, the small details really make this and the location is wild, tranquil and beautiful, set in the heart of The Lake District.

We realised whilst chatting that this will kick off your summer season of rituals The Hot Bothy. Lake District Wood-Fired Sauna Experiences. You will be the first to discover The Secret Sauna and this signature experience.
