I have canned all jars to preserve the fruits and give a longer shelf life.

Your energy is precious, don't let everyone have access to it.

You can protect your energy field by setting intention and asking Spirit, Angels etc to protect you.

A favourite of mine is my 'anti-s**t' bubble those who have joined me for Reiki Training will know this method. I just visualise a giant orb (zorb) around me and if anyone becomes very negative or tries to tap into my energy source, it bounces off my orb right back to them ... not taking no s**t! 😀
