Controversial opinion: I don’t think it is essential to keep yoga practice as close to ancient practices as we can. I think we need to adapt and modernise to better support modern day humans. It is still important to study ancient texts and traditions but what worked for ancient yogis won’t necessarily work so well in the modern day.

Sacred Fire Retreat is back for 2027, taking place at the stunning Morningside Farm in Perthshire, Scotland. Friday 30th April to Sunday 2nd May.

Sacred Fire Retreat is an intimate gathering of no more than 20 guests, set within the stunning rural landscape of Perthshire. Across two nights, immerse yourself in a carefully curated experience of connection, rest, movement and Beltane celebration.

Expect yoga, workshops, sauna, cold plunge sessions, individual treatments (including hand poked tattoo), outdoor bathing, hot showers, campfires and dancing under the stars. With options for camping, live-in vehicles and luxury bell tents as well as local B&Bs. Sacred Fire offers a unique space to slow down, reconnect and experience deep community.

Creative Being is an immersive day retreat for anyone longing to reconnect with their creativity — whether you already identify as a writer or artist or simply feel there is something inside you waiting to be expressed.

From 10am–4pm, we’ll guide you through a carefully held journey of movement, mindset shifts, reflection, and creative exercises designed to dissolve resistance and awaken the part of you that naturally creates. This is not about being “good enough,” talented enough, or experienced enough. It is about remembering that creativity is your nature.

A vegetarian lunch is provided and included in your ticket price.

By the end of the day, you will have created a meaningful piece of work — a poem, writing, artwork, or other expression — which can become part of a published collection celebrating the voices and visions of everyone who attended.

Come and join me for a 90 minute kundalini yoga session.

We will work with our energy through movement, mantra and meditation and I often include a gentle going bath during relaxation too!

Class size is kept small to give you as much support as you need.
