Furthermore, the delivery of my Sound Bath is changing too, with more experience in working with the energy of Universe, a new way was born. During these sessions, I connect to a Great Spirit and ask for protection for all of us and individually. All spirits, call them angels if you like, they are here to support each of you. Ancestors, animals and friendly energies alike.

Since my hands are busy playing instruments, I channel energy through my heart to give you more energy from the Universe.

Drumming takes you to a trance state, where your energy focuses on its connection with the Universe itself. My Gong is tuned to Sun Frequency, so burns off or removes unwanted artificial energies. Fire chime acts as a last burner of whatever is left. Tibetan Singing Bowls brings notes of joy, happiness and healing. Air chime brings fresh breath of frequencies to enjoy the new. Crystal Singing Bowls continue elevating that energy. Earth chime brings you back to yourself at the end of the session.

You can balance whatever needs to be. You may see answers to your deep questions and be provided with further instructions to bring harmony to yourself, it could be in form of a vision or guidance of where to go next. Perhaps you will discover that you need to spend more time within nature or do Reiki, Reflexology, Qigong or Yoga. Listen to your inner connection with the all ever knowing energy of Universe.

You are a spirit expressing itself in a human body. Only you stand in the way to a better and healthier life.

My price per person will change from July to £15 per person for sound baths.

Around 35 years ago music became my creative thing, different electronic devices came to accommodate that journey to produce and DJ. Eventually, I made the decision to continue learning at the College and then University level. I gained a real understanding of the behaviour of sound in this reality and at that time an interest in spirituality was born out of chaos, leading to deeper research and the start of Sound Therapy by Pav.

I chose Concio years ago for my DJ nickname, not knowing at that time its relevance to my future work. It means conscious, aware, set in motion. At the time my spiritual journey began and this described, in the perfect way, my path.

Expanding my therapies to Breathwork and Cacao Ceremony, along with my 4 years of Sound Therapy experience, made the perfect timing to change my business name to Concio and I’m honoured to be of service to those who experience my sessions. Concio also allows space for me to expand on my services in due time 🕉️☯️🙏🙂
