Hemp it Up was established in 2022, we grow Hemp on our farm producing various cold pressed hemp seed products.
Hemp seeds have an amazing nutritional profile, being rich in Omega-3 and Vit E, they are also great for improving our soils and our atmosphere too due to it's ability to remove carbon from the atmosphere.

This is a really simple dressing that I make again and again. Made with h**p seed oil, lemon, mustard and seasoning, it's fresh, zesty and incredibly versatile.
It's delicious drizzled over salads, but don't stop there – it also works beautifully over salmon too.
Using simple store-cupboard ingredients, it's quick to put together, and you can even make and store it in a jam jar. Just add the ingredients, pop on the lid and give it a good shake

Excited!! H**p sowing day is here, we are on sandy loam which is favourable for H**p, we hope there is enough moisture in the soil to encourage germination!
