Hemp it Up was established in 2022, we grow Hemp on our farm producing various cold pressed hemp seed products.
Hemp seeds have an amazing nutritional profile, being rich in Omega-3 and Vit E, they are also great for improving our soils and our atmosphere too due to it's ability to remove carbon from the atmosphere.

As the plants move the nitrogen towards the upper parts, to concentrate on seed development, we see a yellowing of the lower leaves. All a natural part of the cycle before harvesting.

We're growing a new variety of industrial h**p this year, alongside our standard seed crop. The new dual variety develops huge, strong stalks as well as seeds. We're learning more and more as we go!
As you can see, the Scottish climate has suited this variety nicely 👌🏼
