A huge congratulations to Sarah for representing Team GB at the IPF World Equipped Bench Press Championships in Poland 🇵🇱🇬🇧

Competing at this level is the result of countless hours of training, dedication, and determination. I had the pleasure of supporting her journey with sports massage and recovery sessions both before and after the competition, helping her prepare for the demands of competing on the world stage.

One of the best parts of my job is being able to work alongside athletes as they chase big goals, and it was a privilege to play a small part in this incredible achievement.

Congratulations again on representing Team GB and everything you’ve accomplished. Looking forward to seeing what’s next! 💪🏆
