A weekend of walking in Northumberland totalling 25 miles and 4000 feet of ascent. Sarah walked with the lovely Yorkie Talkies Outdoors.
Achieving the 6 Peaks of the Cheviots on Sunday meant that her feet were in need of some TLC back at the clinic.
Thank goodness for the MLS laser from Asalaser and Celtic SMR Healthcare.

Next week our town will be celebrating the 60th anniversary of the bed race. We’d love to hear your stories if you’ve been involved in this over the years.
Sarah, our principle podiatrist has run it 6 times and dressed up in a variety of outfits.
This year she has been given the very important role of one of the float judges.
Exciting times, we love Bedrace day.

A great day for Knaresborough.
We caught a glimpse as his cars came past the end of our courtyard.

After much speculation, His Majesty The King arrived at Knaresborough Castle today - and what an exciting moment it was for our town!🏰

The Castle grounds were buzzing with excitement as people gathered to welcome him, many hoping for the chance to say hello. Residents were absolutely thrilled that His Majesty chose to visit our beloved Castle, and with the sun shining, the atmosphere felt vibrant and full of pride.

A truly memorable day for Knaresborough, and one we’ll be talking about for a long time 💫

I am a jovial middle-aged woman with an eye for a business opportunity or a marriage proposal for my daughter. I tolerate my husband’s stories even though I probably secretly find him boring. I appreciate the attention of a random stranger and I adore my son .. ( is this a parallel universe)

What are the aspects of your character that you enjoy?

I love playing with her lines - they do make me smile. Her accent is a work in progress!

Why should people watch The Crown Jewels?

It’s a fun frolicking show- I would even say a little b***y. Full of interesting characters that will make you laugh out loud. And you never know, you may learn a bit of history!
For a local theatre company to get the licence for this is a massive coup.

There are performances at 7.30pm from Wednesday 13th to Saturday 16th May plus a matinee performance on Saturday 16th May at 2pm.
