Summer’s flown by!!

Sunny classes have been lovely but if I’m honest the thing I’ve loved most is watching this little community grow, women turning up on their own and leaving with new friends, people who’ve had an awful morning and still walked in and got stuck in anyway.

The September term is on sale now, 7 classes a week across Solihull.

Postnatal safe, no judgement, come as you are 💖

Suitable from 6 weeks postpartum, dependent on GP sign off. Sensory toys and instruments provided, with exercises followed by nursery rhymes and parachute play. Free parking and baby change facilities at all venues, plus a coffee together after class.

Massive thanks to Jas Rohel for having me on On Your Radio - a lovely yet surreal way to start the day.

If you know, you know - building She Sweats Solihull for the last 3 years while also juggling a corporate job and two small children has meant a lot of hours behind the scenes that people don’t always see. I love every minute of the classes themselves, and catching up with the ladies is just the best… but the planning, the admin, the never-ending to-do list … it is a lot! So this genuinely means a lot 💖

Timing feels extra special too - we’re expanding into Moseley from September (keep an eye on shesweatsmoseley ), so this is exactly the boost I needed heading into that next chapter 🚀

It’s a BUSY one this August 🌞💛

New term kicks off 10 August with classes running Monday to Friday - Power in the Park, Mum & Baby Fitness, She Lifts and more (full schedule in the carousel, link in bio to book).

Two dates for your diary:
📍 Sat 15 August - Flash Fest, S A M U E L family-friendly fitness festival off Lode Lane. Bootcamps, pilates, kids’ activities, live DJs and food vendors, and I’ll be there with a kids arts and crafts stand! Kids 2 and under go free. DM me for a discount code 🎟️

📍 Thurs 20 August - our monthly Pushchair Walk at Skogen, Dorridge. Free to attend, all welcome.

Book a full term or class pass for August and bring a friend along to any of your classes - completely free.

Already booked onto a term? Don’t worry, this still applies to you too - just drop me a message and I’ll get your friend booked in.

No catch. Just one session, on us, for whoever you think would love to sweat it out with you. Sister, neighbour, the mum from baby group you keep saying “we should do something together” to - now’s the time.

How it works:
* Book your full term or class pass for the August term (or if you’re already booked on, just message me)
* Let me know your friend’s name
* They join you for one session, completely free

T&Cs: guest pass is for new clients only, She Lifts classes are excluded, and the guest pass must be used within August.

Jess said it better than I ever could. This is exactly why I do what I do - watching mums find their strength, their people, and a bit of time for themselves again.

If that’s you right now, come and try a class. Or come for a walk with us and the pushchairs. No pressure, just come and see what it’s like.
