✨ End the school year with an hour that’s completely for you✨

Is anyone else feeling like they’ve been running on empty lately?

Before the summer holidays begin, I’ve got one Aerial Relaxation evening next Friday at The fitworks in Mobberley, and I’d love to welcome you!

Imagine lying cocooned in a soft aerial hammock while your body is fully supported, allowing you to completely switch off. No experience, strength or flexibility needed - just come as you are.

💜 Two ways to join:

🪷 6.30–7.30pm – Classic Aerial Relaxation
Individual spaces available for £20 each.

🪷 5–6pm – Private Group Experience
Gather your friends, family or colleagues and enjoy an exclusive session just for your group (4–8 people).
£140 for the whole group, including refreshments

Whether you’re celebrating the end of term, catching up with friends, or simply giving yourself permission to rest, this is a beautiful way to begin the weekend.

Spaces are limited, so if you’ve been meaning to try Aerial Relaxation, this could be the perfect opportunity.

I’d love to see you there. 💜
