If chemical sunscreens aren’t your thing, that’s completely your choice.

Some chemical SPFs I personally like:

Invisible Collagen Peptide Sun Fluid SPF50+

Relief Sun SPF50+

Hyalu-Cica Water-Fit Sun Serum SPF50+

If you’d rather use a mineral SPF:

RESIST Super-Light Wrinkle Defense SPF30

Anthelios Mineral One SPF50+

Mineral Sunscreen Fluid For Face SPF50+

Honestly?

I’m less concerned about whether you choose chemical or mineral…

And more concerned that you’re actually wearing one.

Here are a few I’d recommend and who they’re actually for 👇

– Hydrating Milky Toner
→ hydration + barrier support
→ best for: normal → dry / barrier-compromised skin

Glazing Milk
→ hydration + dewy/glowy finish
→ best for: normal → dry / skin that feels dull

– Milky Toner
→ lightweight hydration + soothing
→ best for: younger / combination skin / simple routines

– Black Rice Toner/Essence
→ hydration + antioxidant support
→ best for: dry / dehydrated / more skin-focused routines

They’re not going to transform your skin
But they can help with:
• dryness
• tightness
• barrier support

SPF isn’t just for your face… your lips need it too

They’re thinner, have less natural protection, and are one of the most common areas for sun damage

Dryness, pigmentation and premature ageing all show up here first

We’ve all been there, but these are the things that quietly stop your skin from improving

SPF in foundation isn’t enough
Oxidised vitamin C isn’t doing much
And more products doesn’t mean better skin

It’s not about doing more… it’s about doing the right things consistently
