I can't thank you enough for taking the time to let me know how much you liked my workshops!

Food is my world! It always has been. I am that person that reads recipe books for fun. I am that person that goes to bed planning and thinking about food and wakes up - thinking about food!

As a toddler, I was only interested in watching cookery programmes according to my mum!

I LOVE helping you and your little ones to love food too!

One of my favourite chicken recipes for weaning!

1kg Chicken thighs

Marinade

2 red onions chopped finely
2 lemons, juiced
4 tsp paprika
300ml Full fat Greek yogurt
3 crushed garlic cloves
1 thumb size piece of ginger, grated
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp ground cumin
Pepper

Mix all marinade ingredients together and mix in with the chicken. Leave for at least an hour (I did this overnight)

Pop into the airfryer for 20mins on 210c or until cooked through.

Serve in finger sized pieces and enjoy with rice & veg or like I did here, with some guacamole, cheese and squished raspberries!

Absolutely love this recipe which I adapted to include this beautiful sunflower seed butter from .world!

I love sunflower seeds as they are full of protein, fibre, iron and zinc (2 minerals we need to add into our weaning baby’s diet) making it perfect for our growing babies!

This one with cocoa gives a delicious chocolatey flavour without tonnes of added sugar!

Diet culture is so prevalent at the moment and with social media being such a huge part of our children's lives, it is so important to start thinking about how we, as parents, talk about food with our children.
Here are some tips to help.

If you have a toddler or a child who is showing signs of being selective around their food and want to book a fussy eaters workshop with me, drop me a message!
