🌟 Member Achievement! 🌟

A massive congratulations to Alan on smashing the Men’s 10K in Glasgow with an incredible PB of 49:48! 🏃‍♂️💨

Breaking the 50-minute barrier is a huge milestone, and it’s a testament to all the hard work, consistency, and dedication he’s been putting in.

Alan literally dosent stop and he’s thrown himself fully into the gym since joining a few months ago and gives every workout 100%!😅

We’re so proud of you Alan & grateful to have you as part of KMB Fitness & Rehabilitation 💗

ATHX GLASGOW 2026!!💥🔥

Our first time competing at ATHX, and I’m pretty sure it won’t be our last!🤩

What an incredible weekend. It was amazing to see our little team out there giving absolutely everything, pushing through, and leaving it all on the competition floor. The effort, determination, and team spirit from everyone was unreal, and I couldn’t be prouder of what we achieved together.

A huge thank you as well to all our friends and supporters who came along to cheer us on!
