Next week I’ll be making a start on the advent calendars that have been ordered so far! If you’d like to order one, they’re £42 including postage for 24 pads, making them just £1.75 per pad. Each door has a new pad behind it and they can either be Christmas themed, non Christmas themed or a mixture of both. Message to order 🎄❤️

We’ve been on 4 NICU journeys. Long ones, ones that never ended, and short ones. I often raise awareness over Norah’s journey, born at 27 weeks and spent 15 weeks in NICU. The preemie groups are filled with positive stories of all the strong warriors who won their battles and have all the scars to prove it. The strongest nicu babies.
But I also like to raise awareness for the warriors who didn’t win their battles. Who may not have been the strongest NICU babies, but were the bravest babies by far. There’s no back to school photos or heroic stories of how well they’re now doing after everything they went through. But no matter how short, their stories deserve to be told, because their journey was important too 💖
