I am Emma Violet, an experienced and qualified therapist with an MA in Counselling and Psychotherapy, BA(hons) PGCE. and I am also a skilled practitioner in complementary and alternative therapies such as access bars therapy crystal sound therapy and Emotional Freedom Technique (tapping) the last few years have been dedicated to grief therapy.

I offer a safe, warm and welcoming space, where there is no judgement, I can support you to open up on your unique journey of self-understanding, becoming aware of how our bodies hold on to emotions and triggers.During this journey, we will build a strong relationship and create a centre of peace and trust where you can learn how to feel safe through boundaries and in expressing emotions, to be empowered.
