My favourite season is gently approaching 🍂
And with Autumn Equinox on Monday.
I’ve decided to share a gentle meditative practice with you.
I have just 5 spaces available for this session and invite you to come along if you feel your mind, body and soul is ready to transition into a softer energy.
Autumn brings sense of letting go and that’s exactly what I intend to invite into this practice.
