Chakra Workshop:
With Phil being out of action, I have planned something a bit different for Sunday!
We will work through each chakra with movements, songs (we won’t be singing), love and a little fun!
This will be like nothing I’ve done before!
If it sounds like something you need right now and you have questions let me know!

I absolutely love boxercise - look forward to it each week! Helen plans the class with lots of different exercises focusing on abs, legs and arms alongside the boxing and delivers the class in a fun way! I can really see a difference physically and mentally since starting boxercise. We always have a laugh and encourage each other. You won’t regret joining!!😄
