This is me!
It’s been a roller coaster of a ride but I feel I’m getting there!
I have found an exercise routine that works for me - quick 30 mins sessions 6 times a week 4 weights/2 cardio and then jumping in my ice bath!
Exercise and my ice bath not only help me physically but mentally too - my head space feels much clearer!
I can look at myself in these photos and not see all the flaws I used to, I see someone who I’m proud of, someone who I love very much and someone with has worked hard doing the internal work to now have the confidence to share this!
Yes, there is still work to do, but it’s baby steps, without pressure on myself!
