Are you looking for somewhere to improve your fitness, or do you simply want to relax and unwind from the stresses of the day?

🏋 Fully equipped with a 50-foot leisure pool, modern fitness suite, spa bath, outdoor hot tub and steam room, our Sandpiper Health Club facilities are perfect for you!

The open weekend runs on Saturday and Sunday and is FREE to attend, complete with complimentary drinks and tasters from The Foodworks.

💪 Rebekah Lightbody will be hosting fitness workshop, 10am-11am and 1pm-2pm to answer any fitness questions on both days!

Better still... if you join during the open weekend, you won't have to pay a joining fee

Self defence for women begins on Monday 15th January, 6.30pm-7.30pm for just £6 per person, per session.

OPEN WEEKEND - 1st-2nd October

Now the winter months are upon us, it's the perfect time to take your workouts inside. To give you a taste of our recently refurbished facilites, we're offering a whole weekend to use of our facilities for FREE.

Try out our brand new range of gym equipment, or rest and relax in our new sauna, steam room and indoor and outdoor hot tubs.

PLUS - any full memberships taken out during the open weekend will pay NO joining fee.

Nordic Walking is back! Join us this Sunday at The Midland at 1pm for a Nordic walk down the promenade.

Yet more addtions to our new gym facilities.

This week we've added somefixed weight barbells, a lovely new squat rack and a new dumbbell rack with even heavier dumbbells.

To celebrate our recent renovations we're hosting an open weekend on Saturday 16th and Sunday 17th July from 9am - 8pm. No need to book, just pop in between 9am and 8pm on either day and we'll show you around the facilities and you can meet our great team.

Plus, we'll be offering a 6 weeks for £60 with NO joining fee if you join on during the open weekend only.
