Bringing together knowledgeable and inspiring Yoga teachers that will offer a full range and variety of fully accessible classes, workshops, and special events. We have established over the last four years a compassionate, all-inclusiv

e and caring community of Yogi’s who make up the Yoga Dragon family. Together we will explore more than just the physical benefits of Yoga, through honouring the rich linage of this 5,000-year-old discipline. Yoga science enables us to find more balance in our lives, reduce stress, increase peace and clarity in our minds and develop more love in our hearts. Yoga is a pathway to live in harmony with each other and the world around us. We are very much looking forward to us sharing our Yoga journey together. ⭐️ IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT ⭐️

Yoga Dragon studio will be closing its doors on the 20th December and will not be opening again in the new year.

After seven amazing years of running Yoga Dragon Studio in Lancaster I have decided that now is the time to close the studio.

So much thought and consideration has gone into this decision and it hasn't been an easy one to make, but it is the right decision for myself and my family.

My deepest gratitude to all of you who have made the last seven years so meaningful and memorable, Yoga Dragon really has been a sanctuary of love and practice for so many of us and I will miss you all very much.

As sad as it is I would also like us to celebrate what a wonderful journey it has been and I hope to see lots of you over the next few weeks before we close our doors for good.

I will be keeping my social media pages open, so please keep a look out for new offerings from myself in the future.
