🌙 Yoga Nidra & Sound: A sleep-based meditation that guides you into the space between waking and sleep, releasing tension, awakening the body’s healing potential and offering a taste of the self beyond the mind.

✨NEW Reiki & Sound: Gentle hands-on Reiki healing woven into an immersive soundscape to support deep rest, balance and renewal. Allow the edges of the day to blur, and simply receive.

🌕 Full Moon Deep Gong & Mantra Immersion: The vibrations of gong and ancient sanskrit, amplified by the full moon energy, carry you to somewhere beyond thoughts and words.

🔥🎶 Sauna & Sound: Restorative healing sounds followed by a therapeutic sauna by the sea on beautiful Lancing Beach.

Join Miriam and I for a very special women’s circle, an extra long session weaving together ceremonial cacao, transformational reiki, intuitive guidance, chakra and aura cleansing, and a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra and sound journey.

Come and discover the art of non-doing and effortless being. No experience needed, no yoga poses, just you, the sound, and a deep inward journey.
