Our Pyjama Yoga is a cosy Sunday evening reset to ease the Sunday Scaries. Gentle movement, soothing breathwork and yoga nidra – all in your comfiest pyjamas, with a drink and blanket to hand.

After a fully booked retreat in April, I’ve decided to bring another retreat to Samye Ling this September 🥳
If you’ve missed the previous one in April, this might be your chance to finally join me for a weekend of Yoga, reflection, rest, clarity and renewal.

For this retreat the focus is the transition of seasons (from summer to autumn) to help you welcome the colder and darker months feeling grounded, connected with yourself, more energised and more present.

This time, I’ve added an extra movement session to the programme to help you shift stagnant energy and prepare your body and mind for the darker months ahead.

This retreat is ideal if you:

Saturday at was something truly special ✨

I kicked things off by diving into the deep end with Live & Kicking bootcamp.
Between the sweat, the laughs, and flipping tractor tyres 🚜💪🏽, I was struck by the incredible energy in the air.
It’s rare to find a space that feels like home five minutes after walking in, but this community is clearly built on genuine support and hard work.

We transitioned from that high-octane grit straight into our very first Yoga session. Moving from the “power” of the bootcamp to the “presence” of the mat felt so natural.
It was a brilliant reminder that we can be both strong and soft, resilient and rested.

A massive thank you to everyone who joined me🧘🏽‍♀️✨and to for inviting me to be part of the family. I feel so grateful for the opportunity ♥️ and I look forward to running a lot more of these sessions 🕉️

I kicked things off by diving into the deep end with Live & Kicking bootcamp.

I spent the last few days reflecting on the retreat I just ran at Samye ling monastery.
I am lost for words. It was better and more fulfilling than I ever imagined.
The whole weekend was so peaceful and full of connection, and I’ve met wonderful human beings who made this retreat unforgettable and reminded me why I do this.
I’ve always loved to hold safe spaces for people and this weekend was a reminder that this is part of my Dharma (purpose).

Samye Ling has become a very special place to me since the day I went there for a yoga retreat a few years ago. The atmosphere and philosophy of the place is a reminder that we can take things slowly, live more in the present and appreciate this beautiful earth that we live in with more gratitude.

Thank you so much to everyone who came and for trusting me to guide you during this healing and restful weekend - you’re amazing ♥️

We are back with new Hatha Yoga classes for the Global Majority! 🌞

Rooted in inclusion, healing and joy, these classes are spaces where we can reconnect with our bodies and feel empowered through movement and community.
Even though these classes were created with the Global Majority in mind, EVERYONE is welcome!

Ever felt like you needed a space where your mental health was prioritised as much as your physical movement? 🌿🪹
Welcome to The Samadhi Nest. Named after the Sanskrit word for “calm joy,” this is a space designed for you to go inwards and find the same safety an animal finds in its nest.
I founded this business because I believe yoga is one of the most powerful tools we have for mental resilience. My background in Psychology and social care taught me that the mind and body aren’t separate - so why should our healing be?
When we practice mindfully, we don’t just “do” poses.
We: ✨ Regulate the nervous system. ✨ Soothe stress, anxiety, and overwhelm. ✨ Create a safe harbour for the body to reset.

I am so excited to continue expanding our sanctuary this year. I’ll be announcing new classes for the Global Majority, as well as immersive retreats, workshops, and 1:1 sessions.
I am also passionate about bringing these tools into the wider community. I am currently open to:

Social Care & Mental Health Settings: Facilitating specialised sessions for residents and staff;
Corporate Wellness: Bringing nervous system regulation and resilience to the workplace;
Collaborations: I am looking to connect with other holistic professionals to create impactful, inclusive experiences.
